Default Looking to fill two positions in our R&D department

We are looking for a couple good people to fill two positions in our Research and Developement department. The two job descriptions are below.

ENGINEERING TECHNICION:

MOROSO PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS IN GUILFORD, CT, has a full time opening for an Engineering Technician. Will work in our Research and Development Department assisting engineers and machining proto-type parts from blueprints or sketches. Will generate tools and fixtures from the developed part to accommodate the manufacturing, welding, and assembly departments. Must be able to perform geometrical mathematical calculations, read blueprints and all measuring devices, and be able to operate toolroom equipment.
Experience with Master-Cam programming of CNC equipment preferred, but we are willing to train.

Successful candidate must have proven automotive experience and a solid understanding of mechanical design using Pro-Engineer and manufacturing methods. Hands-on racing background, coupled with an Engineering degree, is required.
