[SYRACUSE] Rudy Schmid Inc does AWESOME alignment work!!!
I scheduled an appointment for this morning with Chuck (yeah, with a name like that, he HAD to be good ).
He has done several Corvettes, and exersized incredible care when installing the sensor heads on my CCW's.
He asked me how I drove my car (Autocross or street, etc.), and made suggestions. He allowed me to tweak the settings if I wanted to, but his judgement was right on!
When setting up the car, he showed me what happened when I sat in the car (rear camber and so forth changed) and then dialed in the C5 with me in the driver's seat.
After a test drive, he asked me about the settings and steering wheel position. It was off a bit. He brought me back on the lift and made adjustments, then sent me back out.
When I rolled back in, I said it was off just a little bit (like a couple of degrees - and showed him the wheel position). I said that was probably within spec, and he said, not to him - it should be perfect. Good answer .
So, without reservation, I highly recommend using Rudy Schmid Inc for C5 Corvette alignments. Tell them Chuck with the red C5 sent ya http://rudyschmid.com/ .
