Looks like it's going to be really nice over the weekend. Just wondering if anyone from CT or other nearby states that would like to do a cruise either Saturday afternoonish or Sunday whenever. It'd be nice to get a couple Vettes together for some fun on the road and a little sight seeing in between .
I'm definitely open to ideas where we'd go, so if you have any just post them up and a meet spot. Maybe Scott's bar...

Yup, seen the thread. I'll be there for 2:30 at Scott's, but I'm just trying to get some people together for a cruise either Saturday or Sunday - preferably before the meet at Scott's since AFTER wouldn't be a good idea

i would go, but working right now 5 am-5pm then home to take a 90 min nap then off to the bar till 4am.. but any other sunday would be cool.... btw the z06 you bought is very sweet...

I will also be going to Scott's bar, but before that, I am going to drive down to the CT/NY border to meet the t-shirt crew. I know it is not a long drive, but it will be a cruise with a bunch of vettes.
Give it some thought. We are meeting at the first rest stop on the Merritt around 12:30 tomorrow. When the t-shirt caravan drives buy, we are going to jump in line.

Right now I am driving down in a one car parade. However, I think there will be at least one (Nuke) and possibly more cars at the rest stop.
As for logistics, I live in Oxford and will be driving down Rt 8 to the Merritt. I will be leaving my house about 11:30am for arrival by 12:30pm at the rest stop.
With that in mind...I would love to drive down together. Where do you live, where could we meet...stuff like that???
