Sunday, Dec.18th.
We are meeting at the
Merrick Townhouse Diner
2160 Sunrise HWY
Merrick NY 11566
It's about one mile west of the Wantagh Pkwy on the south side of Sunrise Hwy
4:00PM and leave for Jones Beach around 4:30.
THE SHOW.......you drive your car along the road by the West End of Jones Beach. I would say you drive about a half mile with displays on both sides of the road, at the end is a "U" turn and you drive back on the other side of the median strip with more displays. Some displays have blinking lights which make the objects appear to be moving.
(wish they had this back in the 70's)

Sat through the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Yankee Stadium, Yale Bowl, Shea (2 yrs while they built the Meadowlands) and Giant Stadium I bleed blue........

Hey, you know I don't do that. After the Light Show whoever wants to do their "Thing" can take Ocean Pkwy or the Wantaugh Pkwy and "Express" yourselves.
Alex.....are you bringing the wife? I plan on taking Nancy, she has been in the car with me doing 120mph, but not in a "wolf pack" darting back and forth. So I guess we'll end up in two packs, Me and the "slow pokes", and you and the "nut jobs"
