Apple Blossom Parade - any interest?

Hi all!
Our club, the Shenandoah Valley Corvette Club is going to enter in the grand feature parade at the Shenandoah Valley Apple Blossom Festival on May 6th and we would be honored to enter as the club and "Corvette Forum Friends".......is anyone interested? I need to get some kind of idea as to interest, to let officials know. This is a wonderful event in the valley at a beautiful time of the year. Please visit www.thebloom.com to get an idea of all the happenings, dances, parties, car shows, celebrities, etc. Friday night boasts one of the largest Fireman's parades on the East Coast. All weekend long there are crafts, food and fun in the park as well. Depending on the response, we will probably host a reception for all of you coming out to join in the fun.......Please let me know what you think. We'd love to have you!

As a footnote......if you view the website, much of the info is from last year.......celebrities haven't been announced yet, but you get the idea of the events........there's even a car show on Sunday that is open to all.

I could do this. One of da Kids lives near Winchester. I'll arrange a visit.

Prolly gonna clash with the Spring Skyline This year ('05) it was the last Saturday in April.
