Just wondering if CF has blocked off rooms at what used to be Baymont Inn.......it's now Holiday Inn Express on 3 Springs Rd..... for the Bowling Green 2014 Caravan at the Museum?

I spoke to HIX yesterday and they tell me that clubs have rooms blocked but you have to be on their email to get access. They are not booking these rooms yet. Once these rooms are available they will be gobbled up! I need a room and if CF has any blocked I'd like to be included.

Any news on this? We always stay at this place.

Are you registered for the Caravan with your region of the Country? Check with your local Captain, as they may have rooms available. I know as the Captain of New Jersey I have rooms, but I am using what I have for the over 300 people that are officially signed up for the Caravan.

Hey Zippity!! We have reservations in Horse Cave (all that was available when I made reservations Aug 2013. Do you have any "in" BG?
Also, we want to come back via Rt 66 with another club member from the NoWest group (Robin leads us to BG) Do you have any suggestions? We want to go up to MidAmerica first and then head South. I have lots of brochures and maps, but TOO MUCH INFO!! Just get headaches trying to figure it out. So much to see Thought we might ask "Southerners" once we get to BG, but.....
We did the 2009 Caravan and it was great!! Looking forward to this one!!

We are with the Carolinas and Virginia Caravan... we have a room for 27-30 in Russellville but looking to get closer if anyone has one in BG...
We are leaving Hampton Roads area 8/26, meeting C&VA caravan in Sevierville.

I just released some rooms that i couldn't transfer to another name (since they were booked via a travel web site) the rooms are at the Home Towne Suites in Bowling Green. Call the sales manager, her name is Zoe, tell her Jeff from NJ sent you, she may be able to help you out.
