I sent an e-mail to Andretti Motorsports (who ran the Corral last year) and received this:

Saw this on the Grand Prix Website. Last year it didn't include tickets, so I already have mine. I'll reach out to the contact and see if I get any more details:

"A Weekend at the Races"
Date: Aug 30, Aug 31, Sept 1 – Labor Day Weekend
Place: Baltimore Inner Harbor
Time: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. each day
Cost: For a 3-day ticket, Friday-Saturday-Sunday,
$225 per Corvette; $150 for each additional person(s)
For a 2-day ticket, Friday and Saturday,
$175 per Corvette; $125 for each additional person(s)
Included in the package:
-Special reserve parking in the designated Corvette Car Corral between Oriole Park and Ravens M&T Bank Stadium. This is located right next to the race track;
-Reserved grandstand seating located in Section 7 which is the straight-away with a Jumbotron TV screen of the race;
-Paddock pass;
-Corvette Hospitality Tent with complimentary refreshments and lunch on Saturday;
-Autograph session in the Hospitality Tent as well as a meet'n'greet with the Corvette drivers;
-The car corral will have 24-hour security;
-There will be several races (The Indy Lights Race, the American LeMans Race Saturday), the Izod Indy Car Race (Sunday).

I don't think you can. Only the Mason-Dixon NCRS has access to the 100 Corvette Corral seats and they have packaged them with reserved seating in Grandstand 7.
You could always eBay your current tickets. However, if you don't get a move on within the next two days or so the subject will become moot as there won't be any Corral tickets left anyway. In which case, you already have tickets but no Corral or easy parking.

No Parade Lap
Unfortunately the organizers of the 2013 Baltimore Grand Prix were unable to find a sponsor to pay the $40,000 necessary to run a Parade Lap like we had in 2011.
Oh well, it will still be a great weekend as I scored two Corral passes.
