I agree, the 22nd will be the first choice. The only thing that could screw it up is if my STEELERS will be playing that day!

That is of course if they can throw a foot in the Jets butt.

I went there once with the pantera club. The cars will knock your socks off!!
I don't know if they still have it but when I was there they had one of the new ford GT40 test mules. Made me wish I has a spare 150K real bad.
Sorry cant go this time, but any of 'the group' that do go will not regret it! They have 2 0r 3 real raced GT40's & an ultra-rare STREET GT40.

Have fun guys.

We have no choice but to use this weekend. The wheather is suppose to be perfect.

Where do you guys want to meet up?
The Estes Cruise met up at John Elway Chevy at 36 and I25. Will that work again?

What time works for everyone?

I'm thinking 9:30 am and we take off at 10:00 am.

My wife sounded interested when I brought this up last week. To my surprise she even said the museum sounded cool. I'll see if she's still up for it now that the date is solid and check back in.

Stan's arrangements sound fine, but meeting up a half hour or so later (10:00) might be easier for us. I know where Elway Chevy is, seeing it from the freeway, but am not sure how to get there. Is there a frontage road to use?

Thanks,
Jamison

I know that there is another way but not sure, but you can exit at 58th and go west to Broadway and go north on Broadway up to JE'S. And then turn right pass the 7-11 into the car dealerships.
I have met groups at the 7-11 before also

I have gone to Elway's once, and I took 36 west off I-25, and the first exit almost dropped me into the place.

The wife and I would like to go but may have a b-day party to go to. How long of a cruise will this be if anyone has an idea.

I don't think it will be that long. If we leave Elway's at 10 - 10:15, should be at the museum by around 11:00. While very cool, the museum isn't all that big, so you could be out of there in 30 - 45 minutes. Then it depends on if you want to grab lunch with who ever shows up.

If it will make things easier, let's do the same plan, but leaving at 10:15 if that will help everyone.

That just gives me more time to shoot the poop anyways.

This should be a great time.

I've made no plans for lunch, so if anyone has any ideas, shoot them out there.
