Default Bad news fellas..

Well this morning driving up to meet friends to hit a car show in Boulder. While I was traveling on I25 I was passing a car and I was doing 71 in a 75 my tire blew out in the process and I couldn't keep it straight headed towards the Semi truck next to me he ran me over and spit me out then I was hit by the car I passed hit the k rail and went airborne then back towards the Semi to be run over again. Thankfully I was wearing my 5 point harness and I left with out a mark on me. I did however end up with 2 fractured vertebras L11 and L12 and I have a nifty back brace now. I will be getting the Insurance company out next week and start my search for a new one!!

The car looks awful, I’m happy your injuries weren’t any worse. I hope they didn’t write you a citation to add insult to your damages.

Man, that sucks. Sorry about your back. I am having some pretty intense back surgery on the 18th this month. Let me know if you are looking for a good spine surgeon. Have fun with the search.

Yikes,

You are lucky to be walking and talking. What a ride you took.

Good luck on your search. Looking forward to more great write ups on your new build. And good luck dealing with the insurance company. They can be a bit frustrating to deal with.
