I can't pass judgment on Patrick Motor Co, as I've never bought or sold a vehicle there, but I need to warn anyone thinking about taking their car to their in housed detailer. Right now he goes by Total Image Auto, he's gone by a million other names, but if you see bald man who introduces himself as John Samus, please, for your sake run away.
John is about as low as they come on the business trustworthy totem pole, and has cost several people several thousand dollars. Some of us got lucky, he merely racked up a few thousand miles on our babies, others who he conned into investing in his "business" lost 10's of thousands of dollars when he went 'bankrupt' after buying wheels for his tahoe and whatever else. PLEASE, STAY AWAY from him.
So did I- that's what prompted me to write the note. Dont' get me wrong: he does EXCELLENT detail work, he just isn't trustworthy as far as any kind of business deals or with your keys. Maybe working for someone else has forced him to clean his act up and fly strait, but I won't be volunteering my time or car to figure it out.
Good evening Chris, First off I would like to congratulate you on proving to the Corvette community how misinformed you are with your facts about me and my past business. So I will set the record straight for you and everyone else. I have operated under one name only in the past, Dynamic Autoworx and Reconditioning which I did change the spelling of the name when I incorporated because another auto related business in South Carolina had the same name, however my name was registered and trade marked. One name is far from a million names, don't you agree?
Total Image is not my business or my name, I am employed by Patrick Motor Company, Inc. and yes I am their in house detailer. Yes I am bald and my name is John Samis, not Samus. Not sure why you refer to me as "bald man" I wouldn't refer to you as "overweight Chris"...? Not sure why people would want to run away from me and my detailing abilities either?
As to my past business practices and my "bankrupt", yes I made a few mistakes as I am only human and I was a younger and much stupider person than I am today. I never had "others" or "several" invest I'm my business, only one individual who we both know. I never went bankrupt from buying wheels for my Yukon (not Tahoe) but by not managing my business correctly. People make mistakes and sometimes it destroys relationships with people they become close to. Yes I have regrets about hurting the person that vested in my business and the friendship we had but I just don't know that god or anyone else put you here to judge others. Maybe it is your way of dealing with your own personal insecurities?
If it makes you feel better about your self to judge and slander others and pass on information about their personal life/business maybe you should just remember that "what goes around comes around". I would be more than happy to dig up dirt on you and slander it all over the software/computer community and so on...but I am a bigger person than that. I also wonder about your comment to the thousands of miles put on our babies? Have I ever even done any detail work on your car/s? I recall detailing your parent's yellow C5, beautiful car....but never yours. I am not sure we have ever even really met.
