Powder Coating and 3pc Wheel Assembly in Denver?

I have CCW classics (18x12 + 17x10) with black centers. I'm going to widen them to 18x13. The setup I have fits C5's without tubbing. I have a 3" tub, so I figured I should use the extra space.

While I have them disassembled I want to powder coat them black again. So I have 2 questions:

1. Who is good in the Denver area with 3 piece wheels as far as assembly/silicone etc...
2. Where should I go to powder coat (I might even consider painting) them.
