hey scott, what sounds better a day in the sun sitting in a lawn chair staring at you parked car, or driving 388 miles with the top off through the rocky mountains at adrenalin rushing speeds, and hitting corners so hard that the tires feel like they are on fire?????
i hope you had a great day.... ps. what rain, i sunburned and windburned my forehead.....

Thank You all for joining me... That was a blast!!

Nice scenery, which was only noticeable when we were behind a mini-van waiting for them to get out of the way.

Especially enjoyed that last section...

Got my Vette 1 year ago.... Great run to celebrate the 1st year...

Good Times! That last leg was the best. A little scary when the Vette in front of you lays on the calipers and you're 'right' behind them. That was my own fault. Luckily the hybrid pads and the big BFGs brought things down quickly. I think this crowd would enjoy a day at High Plains Raceway. That's good times! Sadly it takes, what, an hour to get there? But once you're there...

What's up with them dang Subie's wanting a piece of the action?

I hope everyone made it home in time to watch the football game. On the way to get something to eat JSZPNBY upset a 4-door Toyota Corolla which proceeded to stalk her for 20 minutes. That awesome sounding exhaust CAN work against you sometimes. FYI - Watching a burly Corvette try to E&E (Evade & Escape) a persistent little car is very entertaining...

Not sure what their problem was, I did nothing.. I think they just wanted to tell me how beautiful my Vette was... You have no idea how hard it is to make Bullets be quiet.. HA!

It sounds like everyone had a great time, sorry we couldn’t make it but an all day Sunday run is just too much if I have to be work on Monday at 5:00 am.

Is anything going on for next weekend?
