Default Buy out of State; any issues with local (Denver) service?

I was just reading a post from a guy in another state that bought from one of the Forum sponsors and then found his local Chevy dealer refused to service his car. They told him they only service cars they sold. Has anyone in Denver had any experience with this?
The two dealers closest to me would be Stevinson or Medved.

Thanks.

If it is a new car , I think an authorized chevy dealer has to honor the warranty work set forth by GM. If it where me I would be on the horn with GM rasin' heck

But to your ? I bought my car out of state, and have had Bozart, Med Ved, and Purifoy do warranty work on mine, with no problems about it comming from out of state.

Same for me, bought out of state and had work done by Burt, Bozarth and Purifoy without any problem at all. Just wish Purifoy was a little closer.

My car came from CA, no problems at GO motors at I-25 and Hwy 36, but I've since taken my car to Purifoy, and found their service to be excellent. Worth the drive for sure.

I'd recommend Purifoy- service manager Jerry Fernandez up there is a Vette guy. He's got quite a machine- if you go up there, ask to see it.

Purifoy is worth the drive! If I have any problems that the GMPP will cover thats the only place I would take it.

Should not have any issues, I have bought several cars out of state and never had an issue although I have not had to get work done that often.

If a dealership does that to you, tell them to go pound sand. I also recommend Puifoy, great rep and worth the drive.
