Default Black Hills Corvette Classic question

Looking for some help on attending BHCC this coming July in 2008. Can you recommended a nice hotel in downtown Sioux Falls?

Thank you.

Hi,
I have lived here all my life. The best hotel to stay downtown is Holiday Inn City Centre. 605-339-2000. You can walk to the rally from the hotel. See ya in July!

Thanks Bob, We did the BHCC in 2004 and it was the best vacation ever. It is quite a trip for us since we are traveling almost from the Atlantic Ocean, we live in eastern Pennsylvania. The "speedrun" from Souix Falls to Deadwood was a blast. Thanks for the info and hope to meet you in July.

Good to hear of the attendance, have you booked your rooms out in deadwood yet? those are the hard-to-get ones!!

The Holiday Inn DNTN is the place to stay for the BHC.

Just a couple of blocks from the car show and it's a nice place.

Join the Holiday Inn priority club, ask to stay on the 9th floor. It's free and they have a free bar each night with free beer 7 wine and I think drinks too, and snacks. Can't beat that.

HEY!!! HOW COME NOBODY EVER TOLD ME THAT???? I've been staying at the Holiday Inn City Centre for 7 years and didn't know that. That's OK though, we usually have a "re-aquaintence with friends that we don't see real often" gathering in one of our rooms that night anyway.

It's really killing me waiting for the rally this year, with the "new to me" C5 in my garage and all. See you all there.

I didn't know that either, I will take advantage of that this year. We can't wait either for this event.

We usually stay at the Hampton Inn over on the west side of town, just off I-29. Easy on/off highway, gas station and restaurants nearby. Have fun...

Call the Holiday Inn in Spearfish. I heard they had quite a bunch of rooms open up after final reservation date. Also check with other hotels on the spearfish chamber website. And if all else fails, call the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce. They are a GREAT bunch. Nice people, very inviting, very accomodating. They will do everything they can to help you out. There are some older hotels too that are still nice even though they are older. Still worth checking out. The All Star Travelers Inn is an extremely old hotel right downtown but it is big time cheap, and it's well maintained and clean. My wife and I stayed there one year and enjoyed ourselves. It's no Hilton, but we really enjoyed ourselves. There's also a few bed and breakfasts in Spearfish....the chamber could point you in that direction if that's what you're looking for.
