Default I AM HOME!! Colorado Springs!!!

Well my Unit is back!!! I don't have my Z06 yet but I will when I go on leave!!! I am posting here because I have seen a few Corvettes cruising Colorado Springs. I think I have seen a red, blue, and black Z06 so far. all the other vettes were coupes or verts. One vert was towing a motorcycle on base!! Anyway my White Z06 will not be out here till Jan., I am really jealous of all those cruising around the Springs!! If a guy in a Sonata waves it is me!!

AWESOME!!! If you are the BLK Z I saw it looked GREAT!!! Best Black Z I have seen in a long time!!

THE WHITE Z is in the Spings now!!! The wife and I fly home this weekend and drove it 16 hrs back!!!! Long drive but it was worth every minute!!! 27 MPG was the Z's average!!! I would say thats pretty good for a 415 RWHP car going 80 for 1000 miles!!!

For those of you in the Springs the White Z WILL be driving around now!!!!

Default Welcome back

Welcome back. I spent a year in Baghdad and now I'm looking at going back. I started a restro on my '80, but haven't completed the project yet. It's scattered all over my garage.
Watchout for those Z06's. I got into a race with a red one while on my ZRX1100 and it made a respectable showing for a 4-wheeled vehicle! With that kind of HP, even a dry road can be a little slippery in the rear.
