Default Corvette service in Utah

The Denver thread made me think of this. So far I have been having decent luck with my car, but there are a few minor issues I would'nt mind having looked at. I did not buy the car here (long story, but I tried to buy locally), so I have no experience with any of the dealerships here. What dealership has the BEST service dept. & corvette mech in SLC.

Thanks for any help
Jim

I have never taken my car to a dealer, and wouldn't unless I absolutely had to. As far as dealers go, doesn't Larry Miller own them all?

I think in SLC there was a corvette specific repair shop down arould 90th south or so, I don't quite remember. Look up the Utah Corvette Club on-line and see if they have it advertised.

Thanks for the reply. If the car was not under warranty I would not even bother with a dealer.

I had a good experience with Riverton Chevy-Olds service Dept.
One trip - Turned out good.
I take mine to Powells Automotive in Lehi. They have one guy there thats not a snot-nosed kid with a wrench, and really knows american muscle.
Also If you can find Gaylord Auto in American Fork, Hes the Utah Region Solo club Director. He did some MIGHTY FINE work for my, installing the trailer hitch on my 96 CE. (for a race tire trailor)

Have had great experience with Rick Gerber at Young Chevrolet in Layton. They work on quite a few Corvettes there, are honest folks and easy to work with. Rick went to bat for me with GM on an issue I was having with my 04 Coupe. He won!
