Any of you guys go to MAM? I was there at the begining of the month (with NASA), had a BAD day but pretty cool track

As a matter of fact I was there yesterday during the run-offs with another forum member-1320video. He took lots of photos and I was a cornerworker (flagman) on corner 14.

We had a blast. I'm sure that we (1320video and I) will be back there again in our cars doing a few laps on DE days.

Very cool, did you make it out on the track with your Vette?

I was surprised how long a couple of the turns were, it was a blast driving it. I was still trying to figure out turn 14, could not come out of it as fast as I wanted to. Turn 11 was where my bad day occurred.
I was just getting turn 3,4 down well, and I thought I was doing 5,6 pretty well. Those are a blast.

I'll be back sometime. Its a long drive, but if NASA Rocky Mountain goes out there next year I'll be there

My car neds paint pretty bad, still mostly original paint, but spiderwebbed, cracked, etc. If I can't park in a controled lot however, I won't leave it parked 6 blocks away. I'll be the one wearing a St. Croix T-shirt.
