I'm sure that some of you have heard of the recent suicide in boulder with the daughter be arrested for assisting. Well that is my family, and my sister is not doing to good, and we want to get her out of this since boulder police really suck!

I would really appreciate it if anyone feels like writing a letter the D.A. telling them that they are ruining someones life. My sister has spent the last 2 years without a home. February in 2003 my father and sister left for Florida and since then have been living out of the truck and motel rooms since then, they came back sometime before this all happened and now she has to sit in juvi and I don't believe she did anything wrong, she's only 14 and she found her father bleeding to death since he tried to shoot himself.

If you could please either write a letter to :
Boulder District Attorney
P.O. Box 471
Boulder, CO 80306

Or Email : Boulder.DA@CO.Boulder.CO.US

Attn: Mary Keenan

Thanks everyone for anything

Brandon so very sorry about your father.

I'm sure you know your own sister better than anyone else in Boulder, I hope it all gets worked out and she gets out soon! That has to be terrible for her!

Brandon,
I will try and write a short letter, I know a lot of younger girls in group homes etc.. and I see the way life is for them and that most times it might help with their original problem but I feel it then creates other issues for them. Not knowing the full story on your sister I will just write about my experiences with these girls. God's best for you all.
Frank
P.S. do you have the case number or anything that should be included in the letter, also your sisters name would be helpful. If you'd rather not make this public PM me the info.

i appreciate it frank, Yeah it's a really long story so I figured I would let anyone know who hasn't read the papers or listened to the news, things might be looking up her attorneys are optimistic and we'll know whats going to happen on the 29th if she's going to be charged with anything

Brichc4,

Well sorry to hear about that and how and why are they holding her or did they convict her or not trying to help or? also you could print this when you get everyone's opinion and send it to the DA stating this is what the community thinks as well as personal letters to the DA!

But i need to know more details because the media is suppose to give the story not give there opinion and tell you what they think and there is always 2 sides of the story and what is your side and how did it go down please give details as when writing to the DA we can point out the wrongs and explain she is only a child if she is under 15 years old?

Thanks Kevin
