Blackout, I have QTP cutouts on mine and its one of the most fun upgrades i have ever done. Driving to work or taking kids to school she is just quietly purring with the Magnaflow Catback's (relatively quiet), but when I go out for that weekend drive with the top off, i will hit the switch and enjoy the deafining roar at wide-open throttle that can most closely be described as a Ferrari or Indy car with straight pipes. At idle you can really hear the little rythmic chop of the engine and at higher RPM it truely sounds like a race car. When i come up to redlights with Mustangs, or pass by them on the Hwy I let them hear it and they always look really surprised. My favorite is going 45-60 MPH in 3RD gear with the cutouts open. The car sounds like its just waiting for an excuse to let her rip. Your non-Vette buddies will think its the coolest thing they have ever seen. Go to my youtube page and watch my video, the sound in the video is garbage, but you can get somewhat of an idea. http://www.youtube.com/user/agbrown308
let me know if you have any questions. oh yeah, to answer your question: as long as you mount them to the aft of your 0xygen sensor i dont think you will have anyproblems. I never got any codes from the cut-outs.
