- Just turned 75 years old and my son surprised me with a 1981 corvette for Christmas!
Unbelievable what a boy I have well he’s not a boy he’s 40 years old. When I got out of the service back in 1968 I went down to my Chevrolet dealer and ordered a brand new 1969 Corvette blue on blue 350 for Speed convertible with the hard top .
It was $5300 out the door, two years later I was married and we were having our first child. I subsequently sold it and purchased a Oldsmobile Vista cruiser, - Country of Residence
