The admins have advised me that the post will be OK if it is treated as a vendor dispute - state the facts - be brief, factual, and to-the-point. As I understand your query to me, you want to advise others who may have had similar work done by OCC that there may be some saftey issues involved, so try to make that the main theme of your post, and you should be OK.

(If I see it degenerating to the point of finger-pointing or name-calling, I'll have to pull the plug.)
