As for doing it in 1 day, that's just pushing it too much. I would want it for 2 days. If you could come down on early one morning and spend the night that would work best. Maybe come down on a Friday, and we could finish it up and have you out on Saturday. We're very close to the oceanfront. It would make for a nice little getaway for you.
