Hokie, Have not had any difficulty with my clutch. Matter of fact, am very impressed with how it's held up over the past almost ten years. The car has about 55,000 miles and 45 track days on it. I do change the hydraulic fluid several times a year using the Ranger method.

But I do have a great relationship with the dealer's Corvette service writer, as I had with his Dad before him.

I stopped in to make an appointment to correct a slight oscillation in the steering wheel.

Before I could say anything about the clutch issue he asked me if I had experienced the pedal on the floor. Again, before I could respond, he said, did I want the corrective action recommended by GM? I though, this is a no brainer and so he scheduled it.
