Sorry, I just saw this notification. here is part of the gals story (edited to fit in message)

I called the dealer and had them turn on my OnStar.
The dealership was more than happy to comply, because it meant they didn't have to keep fielding calls from the crazy woman I had become LOL. I then updated my OnStar account online (had one from my 2011 Grand Sport) and called them to make sure it was activated. They of course, told me to hit the blue button in the car, I had to insistently tell them I didn't have the car until I got to someone that knew what they were doing. Finally got hold of someone and things magically updated in my account within 24 hours.

Next I went to my OnStar account and added the Family Tracking option and downloaded the app to my phone. I was able to then start tracking my car's location within a radius of about 15' using Google Earth's satellite imagery using my smart phone. Took another 24 hours to use my computer and OnStar account for the same feature.

When I contacted GM in Europe, they said that they cannot track down the Vette till it arrives in Europe. When I contacted GM US as recommended, I was told that my order number being from Europe they cannot track it either??? Since the car is built in BG and that I now got my VIN, they should have a way to know where it is exactly... otherwise it will note make sense...

Hi Mike, I saw your post about tracking your Z06 in real time, I'll bet your beyond excited I saw a post on Facebook about a gal tracking her C7 in real time via On Star. If you'd like, I can email you the message she sent to me explaining how to do so.

Turn signal blinks on right but left side doesn't blink, just comes on? And the previous owner, has wires covered with chrome plated plastic tubing???
