- I've been around cars all my life, but never Corvettes. Borrowed my friends last year after we found out about my wife having stage four colon cancer. I'd been saving for a new car for some time and that put things on hold, but we both knew that a Corvette was the next car we wanted to buy. Not knowing how long we had, I was tired of waiting and decided to pull the trigger last week. It'll take a bit to get to know things about the car, but any help finding things on the site is why I'm here. By
