    I DO NOT KNOW ABUT THE OPERATION OF THE DIRECTIONAL SWITCH, fishes_on@yahoo.com is the email, i can take the column to a mail-box/UPS shipping center to help with the process, but would recommend removing the directional lever istself.......thanks
