Louis, the diffuser that you commented on is on my car, I would appreciate your comments on the design, but would prefer them in private. This is a hand made deal and was never meant to be put on display, over the years pictures have shown up and I have asked them to be removed. I don't mind people seeing it but am not tolerant of people that have no clue as to what they are speaking of, on the other hand ones such as yourself who actually know, I value your input.

    Louis:

Any chance you can chime in on this thread? It would be nice to have someone with some real world experience/knowledge of valve train issues offer up an opinion. I have a hard time believing GM would have put in a sodium filled valve if they thought it were failure prone.

Are you and the race team going to Road Atlanta next month? If so I'll come by and say Hi! I sold my Z16 and purchased an 08 MS Zo6. See ya there. Hopefully your shop will fair well with hurricane iKE bearing down the the TX coast.

How much boost are you running with the kit? We have some issues with couplers popping off, but not at the stock engine boost levels..

The track times will come down with more seat time. The MPH shows that it will be fast once you hit 3rd

The rattle I have never heard of, but thats not to say it isnt impossible...

Let me know if I can help

Mr G , I purchased a Vortech and the LG pro's with an off road X pipe and Borla Stingers from Bobby at LG.

I had it installed professionally and Dyno tuned at Amazon Tuning Solutions in Anderson SC. http://www.amazonracing.com

Ever since the install I blew 2 MAF 's until Andy at A&A sold me the girdle.

The AC isn't running in heavy traffic (idle conditions)
It does fine under normal speed.

The pipes rattle pretty bad at idle and start up.

The check engine light is on ( took it in for a review and he said it was a minor trouble code)

The front is much lower than stock 2 fingers barely fit between tires and finder. (stock wheels and tires)

I spoke with Bobby about larger wheels and the LG coilover kit , I'm worried about clearance with the front being so low.

I am having trouble hitting 3rd on the track,It's like hitting a brick wall with my hand. Bobby recommended the Hurst with your shifter knob, I will install that tomorrow..

It was 507 RWHP on a Mustand Dyno
best time is 13.3 @121 missing 3rd every time..
60 ft is 2.35... M/T drag radials are on the way

    Are these side effects common?

    Any help would be appreciated..

    Best regards, Brandon McAlister
