If the picture is on your PC you do the following
In a post you want to include a picture:
In the advanced mode (Go Advanced) Select Manage Attachments
On the upload files screen select "Browse Your Device"
Navigate to the location of the picture and select the picture and select open
The picture will show on the upload screen
Select the upload button in the upper right corner of the screen
The picture will appear on your post.
Save the post like normal after adding any text.
