It has a ratcheting system that allows you to adjust in 1/4" increments - so you always find a fit that "fits" you. It makes a HUGE difference in comfort. The belts are cut to size and will fit up to a 50" waist (great for gift giving since you no longer need to know the person's size). The belt buckle comes in Black or Brushed Nickel with an embossed Corvette logo. On the Black buckle, the strap is a very cool Carbon Fiber embossed leather strap.
