Hi Bill!

It's joelle, frank's girlfriend we met a couple of weeks ago outside the chapters in etobicoke. I just wanted to say thank you for the suggestion to go to the apple store at sherway gardens and talk to the manager there. It took a couple visits but they did replace my entire macbookpro! So I now have a brand new computer! Yay! and none too soon because I also found out that my hard drive was corrupted as well when I was attempting to transfer my data over.
