On my '87 convertible, I have been having courtesy light dimmer module issues. I replaced mine with one from ecklers and the new one does not have a heat sink. the lights don't work and the door switches for rear deck are not working either. The interior lights work with the headlight switch and the door switches work when the switch is rotated to on position. I basically had to destroy the old module to remove it from the holder due to the heat damage on it and would like to just wire the door switches and interior lights up without the module. I do think there has been advice on this before but I can't seem to locate the thread. Any help please.
