- Daddy: Born in Utah. Electrical Engineer in SoCal for 63 years, for Hughes (Rad hard DSP). Always a hot-rodder. We always seemed to have 8 cars, and were doing good if one was running! I think he owned at least about 5 corvettes - a '67, a '68, a '66. We went to a lot of shows and races (street and drag). He bought and sold the same 1940 Ford Coupe 4 times. We had a '40 Ford pickup, a '64 El Camino, a '64 Bentley (right hand drive, and a pedal that "auto-lubed" the whole car), a '60 1 ton crew c
