Have you tried setting the fans to come on sooner and both at the same time?

Arun, will a SPAL fan set up help cooling my twin turbo car? I live in Ohio and the weather is not too hot here in the summer. I would like to stay away from a radiator. Do you sell the fans?

    Thanks,
    The BigDog
