The vid are all from 2007 when I moved up to a mid 600 hp 7500 rpm solid roller 427 ci Motown sbc. I got serious because I had an opportunity to move up to the higher level of racing open wheel cars if I could prove that I had the talent. So I read the rule books and I was in a weight per ci class of SCCA Vintage production. Meaning VP cars like our Vettes have to be over 25 years old. Kind of a total cheater class, I was looking at this VP class in the prior years these cars are totally race caged 240,260 Datsun Z cars from the 70’s with big American V-8’s wide slicks So That is why I came up with 427 ci and Wilwood GT1 brakes. Well anyway I did every race that year for points and won the SCCA 2007 VP3 championship. I still have the trophy. It is worth maybe 100 bucks if you were to have it made and engraved with my name. Just the cost of slicks, rotors, travel, entry fees was probably something like $12,000 - $15,000for just one year. I proved a point and quit a winner
