In case you are interested Willwood makes a Clutch Master cylinder that's easilly adapted to a C6. It has a 7/8 inch bore instead of 3/4 inch like the original. its easily made adjustable and it takes maybe 15% more effort to push. If you install one and replace the first section of hydraulic hose going to the slave Cylinder to remove the restriction that limits how fast the clutch engages. That way when you side step the clutch the tires will smoke not the clutch plate.

    Hey Tom,

First, I gotta thank you for posting such a detailed and extensive run down on the C6 Low Beam issue. I almost bought new bulbs, and I almost bought a new fuse box, but after I came across your post, I realized what the problem is. It's the classic story--the lights work early in the morning, or after the car has been sitting for a while, and then after driving for about 20-30 minutes, as soon as the car get's warmed up, they go out. I'm driving a 2007 C6 cpe with about 85,000 miles on it.

I spent all last night taking apart the box, fuses, relays, etc. following your instructions, but there's one thing I'm stuck on. THOSE 4 BOLTS! I'm not sure about what you mean at this part. I can't get those things off for nothing. Is there any way you could send me some pictures on how to do this? I know this is an old post, but any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance man, and btw, you're right about those nitto NTO5's.

    Cheers,
    Jon
