- I bought my Vette at the end of October 2007 with about 116k miles on it and now has over 155k. I started my own Corvette show in my hometown in 2009 each April, and each November starting in 2008 I've organized our own 'Vettes for Vets' tribute in the town's Veterans Day parade. My car is a daily driver for the most part unless it's snowing or icy. I don't drive it every day but not afraid to drive it either and keep it nice enough to show. I generally take it to 7 or 8 shows a year or so.
