Hello Bob, i'm doing the harmonic dampener on my 04 Z06 and was wondering if you got the rack out without having to remove the two hard line that are on the rack, I see them still attached in the video. I can't seem to break the two 12mm ones lose and don't want to strip them. Thank you Mike

Hi Froggy - I watched a youtube video of yours about a Tech2 you ordered from Amazon. I was thinking of buying that same one. I have a 2006 Corvette and also a few other GM vehicles that the Tech2 would work on. I watched the video where you had issues making it come on and you indicated you ordered another one? Then in another video it seemed like you had it working? Anyhow, did that Tech2 work for you and would you recommend it still? Any tips on how to get past that initialization step?
    thanks

Hello Froggy.....I am a fairly new C5 owner and have found your YouTube videos to be an awesome help. Thank you! QUick question, I am going to do shocks soon (Just bought some Bilsteins). After getting the new shock up and in, do you torque to spec on that corner with it loaded or unloaded? Thanks!

I did just the key, it seems the key wears faster than the sw parts. Mine all still good. I got 1 "pull key" msg a month ago but it was the first in many many months.

I remember you posted some videos a couple of years back about making your own Vats Key, did you have to replace the Ignition Switch Lock Cylinder after that? or having new keys solved the problem?. I am dealing with the same issue right now and about to go to the dealership and have them make a copy of the Vats key for me... 37.89 including tax.

I had a technician came last night and checked the starter, theft deterrent relay - as some had recently suggested in the forum; they are both good. My battery is new, i installed a new ignition switch that i got from ecklers.
then i remembered your video about VATS keys. I don't know if you had a follow up video after those two videos you posted.

I did mine b4 I started with the camera, but it's not hard, just follow Pfadt's instructions. I put the max front plate in and then do the alignment with washers on the UCA. If you only want 2.5 neg then the lesser offset on the top pin wil probably get you there, but if not just turn it to greater offset & bring it back with the shims. In the back I used a 5 and a 6 (notch) to get the sides both at 1.6 to 1.7 neg. If you get within a 10th side to side call it good.

I did not adjust caster it was good where it ended up for me.

Do you have a video or pics of the installation of the Pfadt C5 camber kit? I have their poly control arm bushing set and will install their camber kit this week. Any info that you have will help. I want 2.5-deg frt with asap caster. Info like which lower blocks to start with. And did you end up using a 6 in the frt lower and 5 in the rear to help with caster? Also if you also used Pfadt poly bushings which offset on the top pivot bolt did you use?
    Thanks
