    Hi Mike,
    I your post about porting a SLP and you mention a good porter. I also have an 87 in Dark Red Metallic which I am getting ready to repaint. I have begun removing my beige interior and I bought new leather seats and carpet in black. Did you build your 383 engine or did you buy a crate engine?
    My car also has a Borla exhaust which I like.
    I also have a Tremec TKO 500.
    At times I think maybe I should get rid of TPI and go with a carb. Setup. Do you think that would be dumb.
    I agree with you about having a nice low end torque TPI his known for.
    Please advise on a nice setup.
    I want to do this once. My stock motor has 104K miles.
    After the repaint I will put in the new interior, new weather stripping, and then onto a 383 build with AFR heads, 195 or 210 ???? Which?
