    Hi
Not sure if you are setting up to do trailing arms for 72's in the Sac area, if possible would like to talk to you.

    Don,

Just ran across the thread regarding the fuel sending unit I referenced in yesterday's post, it's at http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c1-a...-corvette.html. Maybe this will give you some help, the sender I purchased was a Fargo brand which JohnZ thought was as close to the original as was being made. Although the one he reviewed checked around 90 ohms per the original, the one I received checked at about 120 ohms. That'll make it off at full readings, but it'll at least let you know when you're getting near empty. It also has the nuts rather than the push on electrical studs. The electrical studs are not quite the same size as the original and make the wires a little more difficult to attach. I'm hoping mine stay on.

Hope this is of some use to you.

    Ron
