You know what Bill, this thread was crucial to me because it pointed me where to look.
symptom was AH applying left front brake on left turn - all left turns.
The clowns that did my SC install pulled the upper bearing out of the retainer and it popped loose the steering angl sensor assembly - dumb a--es left it all hanging!!!
I was able to reinstall and plug it all back up and boom----FIXED. Thanks again sir!

What happens when the AH kicks in? Are you on the gas when this happens? Does the reaction change when Traction Control is turned off? Do you have a Service AH message on the DIC. The recall info you see posted in the sticky doesn't apply to your car since they changed the EBCM, steering sensor harness and the circuit ground point in the 2009 model year.
