    Derek,
Reaching to see if you might be able to help me since you have a bunch of Southern California license plate frames. I have a 79 Porsche 911SC, super original, low mileage car sold new at Circle Porsche in Long Beach. Would you know of any license plate frames floating around from Circle?

I also have a very nice low mile 66 425HP coupe from Harry Mann Chevrolet too, but I have the original black plates and Harry Mann frame for it.

Keep the good stories and info coming, I enjoy reading all of your posts. I think you are a Porsche guy too, correct?

    Thanks
    Jim Messmer

Would you be interested in a wager as to if Sir Stirling Moss drove our corvette around the Westwood Racing circuit?

Hi! Wanted to invite you out to cruise and socialize with my outfit The Crazy 8s Car & Social Club next Saturday, April 18th. We're meeting up at the Vette Set's Corvette and All-GM car show at Ruby's Diner in Redondo Beach around noon. We'll have lunch, check out the sweet array of cars, and then cruise posse style up to the westside for beachside cocktails at Shutters, and then a short cruise up PCH to catch the sunset at the Blue Lounge at Moonshadows. It's gonna be a fun day, and hoping to get a good turn out. Hit me up on here, via e-mail at Jdbutter@aol.com, or text me 323.422.6992, and let's get out and dazzle the city dwellers with a cacophonous cadre of cruising classics and muscle cars!

Hey, Derek! Saw you on a thread, and wanted to invite you out to cruise with my outfit The Crazy 8s Car & Social Club! Not a model exclusive club, but we just happen to be about 85% Corvettes, of all generations except C2. We do city cruises, go to shows and cruise-ins, and hang out having beers. Check out our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/torquemob. We have a couple of cool events the next couple of Saturdays, so see the deets below.

This Saturday, the 26th, we'll start off at the Corvette and Camaro cruise-in at the Petersen. From there we'll cruise up to Sunset to have lunch at Mel's.

Then, the following Saturday, the 3rd is a BIG ONE, as The Crazy 8s will straight lamp all over Bob's Big Boy, taking over trophy night as the featured car club! We'll be having cocktails and burgers at Mo's across the street, and hanging out all night. Check out the event page here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1479758715569192/
