Saw your pic from the Smokys -- have been there quite a few times and would love to go back soon. Have lots of pics at the TN-NC border sign with my kids.

I'm a first time owner as well. Bought it about a year ago. I lurked here for many years before the purchase, and my first post. I don't have any special experitse, so for the most part my posts are "atta boys" and that sort of thing. I see the owner of that car that was damaged after an oil change got a new car, somehow. Seems like he is happy with whatever deal he arranged. Not sure every dealership would go that far but am happy for him.

Mike -- I read your post this morning about the engine issue that happened after an oil change -- I then did a quick peak at some of your other posts as well. I really enjoy and appreciate the insight you bring to these discussions. So many people "want it all, and for free" it seems.
