Thanks Scott for the reply. I see you have updated things since your original conversion. I still have my original intake box that I could put a high flow filter in...Or I've seen some people use the SLP Claw. I would like to at least try to do things with the radiator I have. I did sell the billow with the maf when I sold the original l98 on craigslist. I like the clean look of that elbow, although I should consider getting some type of cold air set up. Thanks again for your time. Jeff

Hey Jeff, what I used was exactly as you described (K&N fliter with a 90* elbow). I could probably just sell you my elbow and one or two silicone couplers if you really wanted to. I decided that it wasn't good enough though because I wanted cold air instead of underhood air. I put a 96 vette radiator in with the pressurised overflow tank and I'm using a C5 air bridge over the radiator into a home made ram air box like the breathless performance one.

I will advise that an aftermarket L98 intake is sufficent for the LS6. You would just need to get a coupler from TB to MAF and Maf to billow (the accordion looking thing running to your filter). Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. I'll PM you my cell if you like.

    Scott
