- I inherited my fathers car sept 21 2009. My father bought the car new in 1991 from Vic Canaver Chevrolet in flint Michigan. He owned lots of corvettes but this was his pride and joy. Cat has 59,000 miles. I have really enjoyed owning this because when I really miss him I just go for a drive
