Bob, the meaning behind the playground pic is 'my big toy in front of a big toy.' My rotors are Baer Decelarotors (zinc plated by Baer, and then VHT clear coated by me), the pads are Hawks, and I ground and sanded the calipers smooth before coating with VHT primer, VHT Fire Red Metallic, Monterey Red Metallic basecoat, Monterey Red Tintcoat, and finally VHT clearcoat. In 2006 the F55 suspension came with the base rotors. On my previous ride (98 Z28) i had performed a similar upgrade, so the vette was deserving as well. Not sure what to tell you about your wheel hop. Vettes, even with IRS, are notoriously bad for stepping out on mid-corner bumps. The F55 does it as well.
