I am having the same issues you described in your post with wind / vibration around the windshield cowl area, passenger side, 70-80 mph. I put a piece of painter tape along the bottom of the plastic cowl and windshield. Then drove 70-80 mph and the noise went away. Did GM replace your plastic cowl trim? I would appreciate any help.
