    Hello,
    @nowhereman suggested I contact you regarding doing a survey on a '67 conv. I am looking at in Atlanta. I sent a note to Mr. Culkowski based on the listing in the NCRS book as him being the 1967 team leader. Since I sent that note last evening, he has not had time to respond, but I would assume you know him or who he is.

    I would like to hire an NCRS judge to survey the car and let me know what I am getting into if I choose to purchase it. I would like to know the tasks the survey covers and the going rate for this work. The car is in the greater Atlanta area.
