C5 2002 Headlight Problem - Headlights open and close and lights go on but when I turn off the headlights, the left headlight closes but pops right back up. The light does go off, but the headlight stays up. When I turn the lights back on, the left headlight goes down and then immediately goes back up and stays up. Doggone thing just won't stay down when the lights are off. Any clues to what is wrong out there?
