I found mine in Edmonton.2006.Drove it back to Van washed it and ,yes,just like you,found out quickly about the oh so slippery pedals!Saved the rearend from the cement post by inches. Now ,when shoes are wet I turn on the heater and make sure the soles aredry. I only where runners when driving the vette. Anyways,Dale,spring will come soon.It feels sooo good driving a Z06.But must use our brains and control,eh! I belong to the BC club and enjoy show n shines and cruises with other vettes from all years. Have you ever been to any vette gatherings? There is one annually in kelowna May long weekend. There was quite afew guys there from Alberta last time.cruising the Okanagon is very nice.I have a 2001 QS aswell. I am 55 but a young 55. I use a honda civic as my DD and onlt drive the vette on non rainy days,try anyway. vancouver you know but last summer was fantastic. I see you have the mod red int. I don't but it's hot with the QS. I redid all my black leather and had it double stitched in Electron blue. Subtle but yet not in the sunlight. You better get the cags if not? and a few other things unless you want pure stock?
