I have an edelbrock RPM Air gap on it now. I had an Edelbrock performer originally. I didn't see any direct improvement with the air gap but my combination was a little milder then. Now I think it is the better manifold.

i saw in a thread that you were going to put an edelbrock intake manifold.. was it any better than the stock intake?

it hooks some..lol got 255/60/15 m/t drag radials on it with 4.11 gears it runs througgh the traps at 6000.. it ran 7.72 in the 1/8th with a 1.70 60 foot.. it will run a little better but it was pretty consistent it went 12.16, 12.15, 12.19.. going to run a 28 inch slick on it next friday to see how it does.. it only weighs 2710 so that helps big time unlike my 3300 pound vette

12.15 at 109 in an S10? Thats pretty good ET for the MPH. How are you getting that to hook?

went 12.15 @ 109 last night but it was popping on the top end.. got a wiring problem tach was jumping all over the place...

its just a 350 bored 60 over with flat tops a small cam and the stock vortec heads with the edelbrock eps intake.. i put a 650 dp holley on it i think it helped it 60 foot 1.64

As the air gets better, 7.50s should be no problem. That motor is apparently pretty healthy.

the motor out the vette went 7.68 in the 1/8th mile on the first time out hope to get 7.50s out of it and low 12s on motor.. taking it to memphis this week or next to see..

probably going to go with the zz383 i can get a good deal on one. more power than what i had but im putting nitrous on the s10 and didnt want to with the vette
